OUR WORK

Through a collaboration with our sister company Conic, we have run hundreds of facilitated sessions, leadership programs and coaching engagements around the globe. Below are some examples of previous programs we have planned and delivered.

TRANS:FORM:ED BOGOTA 2019

We selected the Colombian capital and its surroundings for our 2019 immersion program because of the tectonic change the country has experienced over the past few years, leading to significant socio-cultural, economic and technological re-definition.

Over our 4 days in Bogotá we met entrepreneurs, street artists, social activists. We spent a night at a coffee farm that is re-defining the coffee economy in an entire region, toured one of Bogotá’s most violent neighborhoods with members of the local gang, met former FARC guerrilla members who were willing to share their story with us. These experiences and the ensuing conversations fueled the participants’ learning outcomes on the topics of Identity, Conflict and Sustainability.

FÊTE WITH FINTECH FUTURISTS

We took over the closing portion of a Fintech conference in London to inject a healthy dose of fun while ensuring that the participants had a chance to get to know each other, digest all the content they had consumed during the event, and find opportunities to collaborate and put the new learning to practice.
